The RevMax 68RFE V2.0 “TUNELESS” Billet Channel Plate Valve Body with a NEW OEM Blue Solenoid Pack is designed to be run only with NO transmission tuning and is the ultimate solution for strength, consistency, and long-term dependability. Built with precision CNC machining and industry-leading upgrades, it’s engineered to outperform all other valve bodies on the market. Unlike competitors who rely on hand-reaming and oversized valves, RevMax machines every valve body on state-of-the-art Haas CNC mills with Renishaw probing technology. This ensures exact tolerances within .0005”, eliminating human error and preventing valve sticking or sideloading that often leads to transmission failure. Every unit is assembled by highly trained technicians, vacuum-tested, and fully computer-dyno tested against factory-new benchmarks.

- Billet steel SSV solenoid switch valve & end plugs for durability.
- Triple-seal billet accumulator pistons (far stronger than stock plastic) for improved reliability and shift quality.
- Upgraded steel patented accumulator plate W/No drill technology – three times thicker than stock.

- Fits 2019+ Ram 2500 & 3500 trucks with the 68RFE transmission.
- Not compatible with Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the Aisin AS69RC transmission.
- Use 68RFE-301BTNLS only on trucks with NO transmission tuning.
Installation Notes
- Requires Quick Learn AND PI Curve Relearn before driving.
- TCC solenoid must be transferred from old valve body to new valve body.
